Low Volume Manufacture
In most cases, we can supply the parts you need directly from our own stock, or via a factory order. However, when a part has become obsolete and no longer available from any source, we have the capability to re-manufacture - and in low volume too.
In fact, even just one piece is often possible!
Our well-established partnerships with major glass factories, including Pilkington/Triplex, Starglass, St Gobain, Nordglas, ensure premium quality products, fully compliant with all international ECE 43r, D.O.T and CCC requirements, where required.
Windscreens, rearscreens, bodyglass - flat, curved, toughened or laminated - can all be produced from our own range of toolings, or supplied pattern.
We also offer re-manufactured parts with integral Antenna...and/or Heated, using the very latest in 'Fine-Wire' technology.
If required, we can also arrange heritage logo stamping such as TRIPLEX and SIGLA .
