Commodity Codes and documentation.
Should you not have a designated Clearance Customs Agent, we will be pleased to arrange all of the above on your behalf.
For your convenience, we accept payment by Bank Transfer and all major Debit & Credit Cards. We also offer Trade Accounts, where appropriate, subject to successful application and terms agreement.
Please note that Uroglas Ltd retain full legal ownership of all product supplied by Uroglas Ltd until full payment has been received.
Typically, single orders are packed into a purpose-made and environmentally friendly, cardboard carton.
Larger Trade, Wholesale or Export orders are packed into Heat Treated Wooden Crate/s, fully compliant with all current environmental Customs requirements.
All orders are fully insured up until the point of delivery only!
It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the contents immediately upon receipt and to not sign for, or accept delivery, until the contents have been fully checked.
Claims for any damage noted after this point will not be considered by either Uroglas Ltd, or the Carrier or Freight Agent delivering on our behalf.
U.K mainland deliveries normally arrive within 48 hours.
Delivery times for export orders are confirmed prior to dispatch.
